▸What is an MCP connector?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is how Claude connects to external tools. You add PROPETL as a custom connector in Claude settings by pasting our URL. Claude can then call PROPETL tools during conversation — reading your file, mapping columns, validating data, and generating the ETL output. One-time setup, works on Claude Desktop and Claude.ai.
▸How do I authenticate after adding the connector?
After pasting the connector URL in Claude, a browser window opens asking for your Email Address and License Key. Your license key is shown in your account dashboard the moment your trial starts (and emailed after purchase). Enter them and click Authorize — done. You only need to do this once.
▸Does PROPETL store my data?
No. Your file is processed entirely in memory and deleted immediately after the ETL file is generated. Nothing is written to disk, stored in a database, or sent to any third party. EU-hosted. GDPR-compliant. DPA available on request.
▸Which Yardi version does this support?

Ask "which tables hold commercial lease charges?" or "how do I join Units to Owners?" and it answers with tables, join paths, and draft queries. Indexing your own database alongside the standard schema — custom tables, views, and stored procedures in a private overlay — is available as a custom enhancement; email support@propetl.com.

▸What's the difference between Solo and Team?
Solo is one lifetime seat at $98. Team is 5 lifetime seats for $388 — $77.60 per seat, against $1,940 for five licences bought individually. You invite teammates by email from your account dashboard and each one gets their own license key, so nobody shares credentials. Seats can be revoked and reassigned at any time.
▸Why does the Team plan ask for a company email?
Team seats are issued on a single verified company domain, which is what keeps a 5-seat pack a team licence rather than five keys sold on. If you buy with a personal address (gmail, outlook, and so on), your dashboard asks you to verify a work address first — we email that address a one-click link. Your own seat is then issued there, and you can invite teammates on the same domain. If you already bought with your work email, there is nothing to do; it is verified automatically.
